How we work
You ask. We arrange.
A request arrives. It is read by a person, not a queue. Within the hour you know whether it is possible, what it will cost and who is handling it. Then it is simply done — and you hear from us only when there is something to say.
Access, not availability.
Anyone can book what is for sale. We are paid for the rest: the table that is full, the house that is not listed, the piece that has no shop.
One manager, not a call centre.
You speak to the same person, who knows your preferences, your family and what you never want to be asked twice.
Discretion as method.
We do not publish our clients, our suppliers or our numbers. Nothing leaves the house — that is why the doors stay open to us.
An answer, either way.
If something cannot be done, you hear it the same day. We would rather lose a request than manage an expectation.

What happens after you write.
Request
You write, call or send a message. There is no form to survive and no queue to join.
Answer
Within the hour you know whether it is possible, what it will cost and who is handling it. If it cannot be done, you hear that too — the same day.
Arrangement
We deal with the owners, the operators and the maisons. You are not copied on any of it unless you want to be.
Delivery
Everything is confirmed in writing before it happens, and checked once more the day before.

- How quickly can you arrange something?
- Most requests are answered within the hour and arranged the same day. A villa for August, a table during a festival or a rare acquisition takes longer — we tell you how long at the first reply, not after.
- What does it cost?
- An annual retainer covers the relationship and your manager. Everything we arrange is billed at cost plus a stated fee, agreed in writing before anything is booked.
- Do you work with people who are not members?
- Occasionally, for a single arrangement, by introduction. The relationship works better annually, because most of what we do depends on knowing you.
- What happens to my information?
- It stays in the house. Suppliers receive only what they need in order to act, never the rest, and we do not publish our clients.
- Can you really get anything?
- No, and we say so. What we can do is give you a straight answer the same day, which is more useful than an optimistic one.
