What we collect

When you make a private request we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, telephone number, preferred means of contact, and the content of the request itself.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors to this site.

Why we hold it

Your details are used to answer your request and to arrange what you have asked for. Where we must involve a supplier — a property owner, an operator, a specialist — we share only what that supplier needs in order to act.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to private@privateluxuryservices.com and we will answer.

To be completed

This notice is a starting point and is not yet a complete privacy policy. Before this site goes live it must be reviewed by the client's counsel and completed with: the identity of the data controller, the legal basis for each processing purpose, retention periods, the list of processors and any transfers outside the EEA, and the supervisory authority to which a complaint may be addressed.
